For anyone not living under a rock, or for anyone living under a rock who at least plays WoW (lol), patch 4.3 is now live and there’s plenty of additions to entice multiboxers…

Heroic Dungeons – “End Time”, “Hour of Twilight”, and “Well of Eternity” have been added. Each dungeon is set at different times in the history of Azeroth, similar to other Caverns of Time quests from previous patches and expansion releases. Some excellent gear options for your party of five await you.

Experience Requirement Reduced – From levels 71 to 80 the amount of experience required has been drastically reduced by ~1/3. It just got easier to multibox WoW to level 85!

Bag Search – Remember how hard it could be while farming to find certain items in bags…amongst all five of your toons? Well, no more! You can now search for items with the use of a text field; enter a few keywords and it’s like Google for your backpack!

Darkmoon Faire Deathmatch – Another free-for-all arena has been added to allow you and your grouped companions to battle for the chest which drops every three hours. If you get a chance to loot the chest once, you’ll receive a trinket with +340 stamina and, when used, will grant 1020 mastery rating for 20 seconds. Collect 12 of these chests and you’ll receive a similar trinket with +383 stamina and 1149 mastery rating. Neither of these trinkets are bad and, if you can get the chest at least once, it can be a significant boost for any toon in your multibox arsenal.

In addition to the above changes, a number of bug fixes and enhancements to various classes has, arguably, “normalized” certain advantages and disadvantages certain classes  had over one another.

All in all, for a pre-holiday patch, the changes are promising and continue to add value to WoW multiboxing.
